A group of men at a Superbowl Party praying for someone while missing the game.( Yes somethings are important than the Superbowl)
This is an excerpt from Breathe Life Radio's Facebook Page describing the photo
'" @MrCDavis & @SetApartGrl, good friends of ours here at Breathe Life Radio, had a Superbowl XLVI party. This photo was the greatest moment of that night. This is a pic of ALL the men that were at th' party ministerin' to a young man for over an hour! They "willfully" missed all but the last 57sec of the 2nd half as they ministered & prayed over him. The young guy (his name is John) will now be meeting with @MrCDavis on a regular basis for discipleship and accountability, and he'll be hanging out with the other brothers of their church for fellowship. Please keep John in prayer!
@SetApartGrl recently typed, "this picture keeps me choked up when I look at it. To see that these men were concerned with the state of this young man's soul and his well being over their own entertainment truly shows the heart of God. Selfless, courageous, men of valor... it's an honor to know these guys!"
Robert, who walked with John when John left to head home shares the following:
"Walking with the guy (John) on the way back to where he stays, we passed by a few guys on the way and he told me, "hold on one sec."
He talked to them for a second then kept it pushin'.
He says to me, "Mannnn I was supposed to buy weed from them earlier Can you believe that?" and told me, "tonight has changed my life... I let go of so much... this is what I needed!"
It was encouraging to me as I have watched so many of my own friends loose their lives to the same things he was freed from.........We talked a bit more before we parted ways and I told him God was going to use him in many ways for His Kingdom in the future. Who woulda known so soon
