The Multi-talented Singer/Actor/Speaker Joins with His Mentor and Financial Expert Dave Ramsey to Raise Funds for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes Terry Warren with Coach Bobby Bowden, Dave Ramsey

Nashville, Tenn. (May 18, 2011) - All-American football star and recording artist Terry Warren recently performed at the National Fellowship of Christian Athletes fundraising banquet for the Tennesee chapter of the student organization. Warren shared the stage with legendary football coach Bobby Bowden and popular financial expert Dave Ramsey. Bowden served as the evening's keynote speaker while Warren provided the special music, sharing the song "Because He Lives" from his upcoming CD, Amazing Love, which releases this summer.

"Terry was my captain and one of my best players on the greatest team I coached at Florida State in 1987," Bowden commented. Following the banquet, Bowden sent a personal note to Warren's parents saying, "Terry's voice grows mightier and mightier for the Lord every time I see him. His performance and voice fires me up!"

"It is such a honor to hear those words from someone that I admire so much. He was the reason I went to Florida State because I wanted to play for a Christian man," said Warren. "I have story after story I could tell about lives that Coach Bowden steered to Jesus. Singing at the big FCA fundraiser before Coach Bowden spoke was one of my greatest thrills in the music business — we still make a great team."

About Terry Warren:
Sports fans remember Warren as an All-American linebacker with the Florida State University Seminoles. Warren was signed to play with the NFL's Dallas Cowboys until he broke his back on the field during training camp, an injury which ended his football career. But Warren proved he could make hits off the gridiron as well with success as a singer and actor. His musical credits include landing the lead role of Jean Valjean in "Les Misérables" on Broadway, and his TV and movie credits include performing songs featured on the popular television show "Evening Shade" and movie roles alongside talents such as Burt Reynolds, Eriq La Salle, Michael Chiklis, Neil Patrick Harris and Peter Falk.

Warren, whose Amazing Love CD will hit stores this summer, is in demand as a singer and speaker in churches and through organizations such as The Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Mercy Ministries and The Jason Foundation. In 2010, Warren founded Crossing the Goal Line Ministries to encourage those who make it almost to the goal line, but are discouraged due to setbacks or tragedy that keep them from getting into the end zone.

Even before the release of his Amazing Love CD, Warren's new collection of songs is garnering quite a bit of attention. Two of the songs from the album — "God, You're Beautiful" and "Revelation Song" — have already hit the No. 1 spot on the New Christian Music (NCM) Euro radio chart, and Warren's rendition of "Revelation Song" was recently featured in a video at the centerpiece of the Tennessee Baptist Convention's $2.4 million Hearts Awaken for Worship at Camp fund-raising campaign.
