"PRESIDENT BUSH" CAUSES SENSATION AT SARAH PALIN BOOK SIGNING
Political Impersonator John Morgan Delights Media in Orlando
Orlando, FL (December 14, 2009) - President George W. Bush impersonator John Morgan found himself nearly as popular as former vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin at her recent book signing appearance at Barnes & Noble in Orlando.
Morgan, who bears an uncanny resemblance to George W. Bush, caught the attention of news teams from FOX, NBC, ABC, CBS, as well as People Magazine, who were on hand to cover Palin's appearance.
Morgan, along with his pal, Sarah Palin impersonator Patsy Gilbert, spent the better part of the morning in television interviews prior to Palin's book signing. Palin then invited both Morgan and Gilbert, along with Gilbert's husband, Todd Palin impersonator Dave Gilbert, and their daughter Dallas, to meet her family backstage while she met with fans. Dallas and Palin's son, Trig, who both have Down Syndrome, became fast friends while Morgan and Gilbert got acquainted with Palin's husband Todd.
"Meeting Sarah for the second time, and her fondly remembering us, was a fun and rewarding experience," recalls Morgan. "Sarah wanting to share her family with us, and giving Dave and Patsy's daughter Dallas a chance to meet Trig, was momentous. I'm so glad that we are huge fans of the ones we imitate. That makes it fun!"
